He explained thoroughly to me what the problem was as well as the solution. He was also very polite and cheerful considering it was cold and dark. I knew my drainage problem was going to be a very big job but from start to finish the entire team have been wonderful. The initial survey was extensive and showed exactly what was needed. All work - external and internal - was done to such a high standard that no-one would know they had been there, even though big holes had been dug to get the new pipes in. Everyone has been so friendly and kind to me during this extensive work. Special mention must be made though for the lovely Carrie who has virtually held my hand throughout.
